Day of Service: Project Description
Day of Service projects are scheduled for September 24, 2011
(Check in 9am @ LDS Stake Center 6700 W. 8200 S.)
Day of Service - work description and focus areas: Most work will include cleaning parkways, pulling weeds, cutting down heavy brush, trimming trees, and trimming bushes. It is anticipated that most areas will only take 1 1/2 to 3 hours to clean. Garbage sacks and dumpsters will be provided at each area and picked up by West Jordan City. Individual assistance may be assigned for specific residents in need such as widows, or those with physical needs. Regardless of your age, or physical state...everyone can participate! We highly encourage Youth and Project Leader Volunteers.These individuals can assist with phone calls and organizational efforts. This is truly a COMMUNITY effort!
